Skinny Bars offers free refunds on all items provided the following criteria are met.

Refunds are only applicable for 30 days from the day delivery is made. However, we would expect to hear from you within 14 days if wish to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds are only applicable in the case of product damage or contamination. We will not provide refunds in the case of damaged product packaging unless this damage also affects the edibility of the bars.

Returns must be made at the customer’s expense. Provided a successful investigation where Skinny Bars concludes the customer qualifies for a refund, the cost of returning the product will also be reimbursed.
