Try Our Skinny Dream Chocolate Toffee Gooey Brownies!

Oh brownies… how we love you – especially when you’re good n’ gooey! This is one of our most indulgent recipes yet, using our dreamiest snack. Our Skinny brownies are a real crowd pleaser that everyone will wanna gobble up – but we wouldn’t blame you for not sharing! And at only 115 calories each, there’s no need to feel naughty either…

How to bake ‘em:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 20x20cm baking tray with some baking paper.
  2. Pop in a blender: Greek yoghurt, skimmed milk, cocoa powder, oats, low cal, granulated sweetener, your egg, baking powder and salt. Hit blend on a high setting for 1 min until the batter is gorgeously smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a lined 20x20cm baking tray.
  4. Chop your scrummy Skinny Dream Bars into small 1 cm chunks and sprinkle them over the batter with your chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into a lined 20x20cm baking tray and bake for 13 mins at 180°C.
  6. Once totally cool, cut your gorgeous brownies into 9 even portions and start munching away!
