Skinny Treats – Crunch Sticky Toffee Cheesecake

Here at Skinny HQ, we’ve put together a couple of indulgent and delicious dessert recipes, perfect for when it’s time for a little bit more of what you fancy. All ideas include a Skinny Bar twist too, obvs. Each recipe is quick, simple and faff-free – no Bake Off skills required over here! 

It’s time to dig-in to one of our low cal Skinny Puds, without a side dish of guilt or naughtiness!

This is what you’ll need…

And here’s how it’s done…

  1. Cut two small chunks off the end of a Skinny Crunch Sticky Toffee bar, saving another small piece to sprinkle on as a finishing touch. Crumble the rest of the bar into a boujee glass. 
  2. In a bowl mix the runny honey with the low fat cream cheese, fat free yoghurt and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and velvety.
  3. Spoon the mixture into your fancy glass and sprinkle the last of your Crunch pieces on top for extra yumminess. 
  4. Pop in the fridge for at least two hours to chill (or over night if you can wait that long!)
  5. Tuck. In.
