Here at Skinny HQ, we’ve put together a couple of indulgent and delicious dessert recipes, perfect for when it’s time for a little bit more of what you fancy. All ideas include a Skinny Bar twist too, obvs. Each recipe is quick, simple and faff-free – no Bake Off skills required over here!
It’s time to dig-in to one of our low cal Skinny Puds, without a side dish of guilt or naughtiness!
This is what you'll need...
And here's how it's done...
- Mix the fat free yoghurt with the vanilla extract (add a little honey if you want to make things a little sweeter...)
- Layer the tasty yoghurt mix into a fancy glass, adding pieces of broken up meringue as you go, as well as popping in half of the raspberries and broken up pieces of your Mint & Dark Choc Skinny Whip bar.
- With the back of a spoon give the left over razzies a mash, and add a bit of water to make a smooth mixture. Then pour on top and voilà!
- Dig the heck in!
